1. Acceptance

By browsing the catalog, building a list, or sending us a quote request, you accept these terms and our Privacy Notice, which forms part of them.

If you use the site on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these terms.

2. What this site is

This site is a catalog and a tool for requesting quotes. It is not an online store: it processes no payments, accepts no cards, and places no firm orders.

Every sale is agreed off the site — by WhatsApp, email, phone, or at our location — and is governed by the quote, invoice and conditions of sale we give you at that time. If those documents conflict with this page, they prevail.

3. Quotes, prices and availability

• The site does not display prices. Prices vary by volume, season and availability, and we give them to you in writing when we answer your request.
• A quote from us is an invitation to negotiate, not a binding offer. There is no contract until we confirm your order in writing.
• Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. If none is stated, treat them as valid for 15 calendar days.
• Availability is not guaranteed. A product may appear in the catalog and be out of stock, discontinued, or subject to a minimum quantity.
• Freight, where it applies, is quoted separately and depends on destination, weight and volume.

We take reasonable care to keep the catalog current, but it may contain typographic, description or image errors. An obvious error does not oblige us to sell on those terms; we will tell you before confirming any order.

4. How your request is sent

When you submit the form, your request is saved to our systems and your browser opens a pre-written message in WhatsApp or your email client. You send that message; we do not send anything on your behalf.

Receiving a request is not accepting it. We may decline or limit any request — for example if the product is out of stock, the quantity is not workable, or the contact details are wrong.

5. Acceptable use

In using the site, you agree not to:

• Harvest the catalog automatically (scraping, bots, crawlers other than search engines) or copy it systematically.
• Send false, bulk or automated requests, or circumvent the form’s rate limits and anti-abuse checks.
• Give false contact information, or impersonate another person or business.
• Interfere with the operation of the site, or attempt to reach systems, data or accounts that are not yours.
• Use the site for unlawful purposes, or in breach of applicable export, sanctions or trade rules.
• Use site content to build a competing catalog, price comparison or service.

We may limit or block access for anyone who does the above, without prior notice, and keep the records needed to document it.

6. Information you send us

You are responsible for the details you enter — name, phone, email, notes and “items not in the catalog” — being accurate and yours to give, or given with permission.

Do not put sensitive information — card numbers, government IDs, health details — in the free-text fields. We do not need it.

We use what you send only to handle your request and run the business, as described in the Privacy Notice.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its design, text and photographs belong to SanAngel or to those who licensed them to us, and are protected by applicable law.

You may view and print the catalog to evaluate a purchase from us. Beyond that, you may not reproduce, publish, resell or distribute the content without our written permission.

Trademarks, trade names and packaging of the products we distribute belong to their respective owners. Showing them means we carry those products — not that we own the marks or that their owners endorse us.

8. Product information and labeling

Descriptions, photographs and pack sizes are indicative. Packaging, weight, origin and formulation can change without notice at the manufacturer’s discretion, and the image may not match the lot you receive.

The physical product label is the authoritative source for ingredients, allergens, dates and warnings. If you or your customers have allergies or dietary restrictions, read it before consuming. Nothing on this site is nutritional, medical or food-safety advice.

9. Third-party links and services

The site relies on third-party services — among them WhatsApp, Google Maps, and the providers listed in the Privacy Notice — and links to sites we do not control.

Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

10. The site is provided “as is”

We work to keep the site available and correct, but there can be outages, maintenance, errors, or loss of the list saved in your browser.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, catalog accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SanAngel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, nor for lost profits, lost data or lost business opportunities, arising from your use of the site or inability to use it.

Our total liability for any claim relating to your use of the site is limited to one hundred United States dollars (USD 100). This limit does not apply to liability that law does not allow us to exclude, nor to goods we actually sell you, which are governed by the applicable conditions of sale.

12. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Hidalgo County, Texas, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.

13. Changes and general provisions

We may change these terms. When we do we will update the effective date, and continued use of the site means you accept the change.

If any clause is held invalid, the rest remains in force. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
