How to Buy & How We Ship Nationwide

Wholesale ordering, mixed pallets and freight — explained end to end, so you know exactly what happens between your order and your dock.

How ordering works

  1. Place your order

Build your list from the catalog and send it over. There is no minimum of one full pallet per product — order three boxes of one item and forty of another if that is what your shelves need.

  2. Arrange the freight

Use your own carrier, or let us arrange the pickup for you. Tell us which you prefer and we will quote it either way.

  3. Send the payment

Once the order and the freight are settled, send payment. That is the point where your order goes into production.

  4. We build, photograph and load

We pick and stack your pallets, wrap them, photograph every one, and send you the pictures before anything goes on the truck.

You don't need a full pallet of anything

This is the question we get most. A pallet order is not one product stacked to the ceiling — it is your order, arranged to travel safely. Mix as many different products as you like across a pallet. Stacking, weight distribution and wrapping are our job, not yours. Send the list and we will make it fit.

Fill the pallet, lower your freight

Freight is priced far more by the space a pallet takes on the truck than by how much you stack on it. A half-empty pallet does come out a little cheaper to move than a full one — but only a little, nowhere near half. That is the whole point: filling the empty space adds very little to the freight, so your cost per case drops the fuller the pallet gets. The trick is pairing dense products with bulky ones.

Mexican Coca-Cola is the clearest example: it is heavy and it stacks short, so a pallet of it reaches the weight limit while the top half sits empty. Add something light and voluminous on top — hoja de tamal, or cases of dried chiles — and you put that space to work for very little extra freight. Nearly the same bill, considerably more product on it.

Tell us what you are ordering and we will suggest what pairs well with it.

You see every pallet before it ships

We photograph each finished pallet and send you the pictures before it is loaded into the truck. You know exactly what is going out, how it was stacked and how it was wrapped — before it leaves our dock, not after it arrives at yours.

Half pallets and smaller orders are welcome

You do not have to order a full pallet to work with us. Half pallets and smaller LTL shipments are fine. Just keep the math in mind: the fuller the pallet, the less freight costs you per case — so if you are close to filling one, it is usually worth topping it off.

Prefer to buy in person? Come to the store

You don't have to ship at all. Our McAllen store is open to walk-in buyers and carries the same catalog — buy by the pallet, by the box, or by the single piece, with no minimum. Pick what you need off the shelf, load it and go.
