Privacy Policy

SanAngel Productos Mexicanos LLC (“SanAngel”, “we”) operates sanangelmx.com. This notice explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what rights you have.
1. What we collect when you request a quote
When you submit the quote form, we collect and store:

Please don’t put sensitive information — card numbers, government IDs, health details — in the free-text fields. We don’t need it and it shouldn’t be sent this way.
2. What is recorded automatically
Stored alongside each request:
- Your IP address, to detect and limit abuse of the form.
- Your browser and operating system (the user-agent string, truncated to 512 characters), for the same purpose.
- Date and time.
Our servers also generate technical logs of each visit (IP address, page requested, response code). These are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically.
3. Cookies and browser storage
We use one cookie. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking: there is no Google Analytics, no ad pixels, no user profiling.

Separately, your quote list — the products you add before submitting — is stored only in your browser. We don’t receive it until you submit the form, and you can clear it by emptying the list or clearing site data in your browser.
Both are strictly functional: they exist so the site remembers your language and doesn’t lose your list. That is why we don’t show a cookie consent pop-up — there would be nothing to consent to.
Visit analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It is a cookieless tool: it stores nothing in your browser and does not follow you across other sites. To count distinct visitors it derives a temporary identifier from request data, which is rotated periodically and is not retained as a profile of you.
What we get is aggregate figures — most-viewed pages, country, device type — not an individual history. That is why it does not require your consent either.
4. How your quote is sent
Submitting the form does three things:
- Your request is saved to our database.
- A copy is emailed to our sales inbox through FormSubmit, so that we receive it even if you never send the message described next.
- Your browser opens a pre-written message in WhatsApp or your email client, whichever you chose. You send it; we don’t send anything on your behalf.
If you choose WhatsApp, that message travels through WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy. If you choose email, it travels through your own email provider.
5. Third parties
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. It is processed only by the providers we need to run the site:

The Google rating we display is fetched from our server and concerns our own business listing — it sends none of your information to Google.
6. How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for 24 months. After that we irreversibly remove your name, phone number and email address. We keep the rest of the record — products, quantities, dates — without information that identifies you, for statistical purposes.
Technical server logs are deleted after 30 days.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to:
- Tell you what information about you we hold.
- Give you a copy of it.
- Correct it if it is wrong.
- Delete it.
- Not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Write to privacy@sanangelmx.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. We may ask for enough information to confirm the request is yours, and will use it only for that.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by Texas law (TDPSA) or California law (CCPA/CPRA).
8. Children
This is a wholesale and retail business-to-business site. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes
If we change this notice we will update the effective date. Material changes will be announced on this page.
